“BIBI SAIYADA MEMORIAL TRUST “ which was solely setup to look after the welfare of the minorities of the area could not close it’s eyes on the educational backwardness of its target communities, it knew that the children from Minority groups, especially in the rural areas around Dalsinghsarai are widely deprived of education and educational facilities, keeping view with this objective in mind their decision came to establish a Teachers’ Training College, for the upliftment of all community in General and Muslim Minority in particular to the healthy growth of character of the youngster in the field of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic heritage of community. They may discharge their National obligation with the imbued quality of heart, head and character making secular, richer and more glorious.
